FEES
We will charge $2000 as a Commitment Fee.
This is refundable only at settlement or in the event that you are not able to obtain funding to proceed.
If you choose NOT to proceed to settlement, for what ever reason, the Commitment fee will not be refunded.
The builder will pay NCIP their Marketing fee (as explained during the presentation)
