So why do some Property Investment Companies want us to get into a plane, fly us to Queensland (for FREE), buy an overpriced & overvalued property, and then fly us home? Not for our / your benefit, that's for sure!

You normally hear it from companies that want to sell you "over valued" properties in other states. Some of these companies even fly you there for FREE and expect you to buy a property before you fly home.

Don't Do it! If you've never invested in Property, then you MUST buy where you live first...or at least within a couple of hours of where you live.
