Mark introduced me to the Equity Loan because I had a home loan
I could not seem to lose. He met me every month and guided me
through the pitfalls. I paid a considerable amount off the mortgage
very quickly.

Mark then told me I was in a position to buy an Investment Property.
I bought that property to pay off the home loan, which helped me to
develop a "Safety Net."...(being an Investment Property)
I sold the property in one year and paid off my home.
This left me with a Capital Gains tax bill. So under Marks Guidance
I decided to invest in another property. I sold that house in a year
and paid off my tax bill. I bought a BMW, and invested into my
superannuation fund.
The next year I invested with a super group and lost $250.000!
Mark kept saying "bricks and mortar" but I went my own way. I Paid
a very hard price but learnt a good lesson I'll never forget.
